All shared editing methods can be activated and deactivated individually per trip.

Group editing allows you to edit all groups on this trip.

Recommended for people who can be trusted with the group organization but not with the processing of other data (e.g. the people present), because these are associated with possible costs (e.g. booking additional rooms in a hotel)

Recommended for people who can be trusted to organize groups but not to manage people and rooms because these are associated with costs. Example: Class teacher in a school trip
